Chandi Bicycles

1. Coverage


Chandi warrants to the original retail purchaser that new Chandi frames, stems, and seat posts will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, as follows:

  • Frame, Stems, & Seat Post: Lifetime warranty, if the bicycle is registered as stated below. If the bicycle is not registered, this warranty extends for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Finishes: 1 year from purchase.
  • Subsequent owners: Frames, stems, and seat posts are covered for 3 years from the original date of purchase.

2. Remedies


If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Chandi, at its option, will:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value. (Value determined as of the time the defect arose.)
    • Replacement products/parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

3. Exclusions


This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by accident, crash, abuse, misuse, neglect, stunt riding, competition, or commercial use (unless expressly authorized by Chandi).
  • Improper assembly, maintenance, or installation of parts not compatible with the bicycle.
  • Cosmetic issues including scratches, dents, paint fading, or corrosion.
  • Modifications or alterations.

4. Claim Process

To make a claim:

  1. Present proof of purchase and the bicycle to an authorized Chandi retailer, or
  2. Email Chandi directly at warrantyclaim@chandibicycles.com with the following
    information:
    • Proof of purchase;
    • Your name;
    • Model and serial number of bicycle;
    • Photographs or other reliable documentation of the defect.

If the claim is covered, Chandi will arrange for repair or replacement in accordance with this warranty. For valid claims, Chandi will provide for shipping of the bicycle to and from Chandi.

5. Registration

  • Certain warranty terms are only extended to bicycles that have been registered in accordance with this section. To benefit from these terms, you must register your bicycle within 90 days of your purchase by completing the registration process here: warrantyclaim@chandibicycles.com 

6. Warranty Not Transferable

  • This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser. The terms of this warranty are not transferable to any later purchaser after 3 years from the original purchase date.

7. **Limitation of Chandi’s Liability**


To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • This warranty is the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
  • Buyer waives any claim for, and releases Chandi from any liability for, incidental or
    consequential damages (such as loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss), bodily injury, or death.
  • Chandi’s liability is limited to the amount of the original retail purchase price that the original retail buyer paid for the product in question.

8. Disclaimer of All Other Warranties

  • This is a full and complete statement of Chandi’s warranty for any product. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chandi disclaims all other warranties (express or implied) including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Applicability

  • This warranty applies to any Chandi products purchased from September 1, 2025, through the date that Chandi revises or withdraws this warranty. This warranty supersedes any earlier warranty terms.
